UTP is our long-time client and the university has entrusted us with a number of outsourced training for their employees. For this training, we provided 2 Days of Online Impactful Business Writing training by outsourcing a qualified HRDF trainer under Fasih Mandarin. This course aims to enhance participants’ English communication and business writing skills by learning the effective tools and techniques for improving their Business Writing Skills.

Fasih Mandarin has been tasked to conduct Mandarin classes for MHTC employees. The Mandarin Classes and module are designed specifically for MHTC employees who are required to use Mandarin as the medium of communication while assisting patients from China. As a result, the MHTC employees are now able to guide China’s patients throughout the process of receiving medical treatments in Malaysia, from assisting them at the airport to giving basic consultation for the paper works needs to be filled out at the office.

Through this collaboration, Fasih Mandarin has designed Mandarin Classes and modules for Beginner & Intermediate levels specifically for CEDEC MSU’s audience. The Mandarin classes with Fasih Mandarin aim to allow all students to be able to use the Mandarin language skills for everyday use and workplace situations. After completing the Mandarin class, the participants can conduct beginner or intermediate-level communicative exchanges with their colleagues and Mandarin-speaking clients. They are able to use Mandarin sufficiently for basic conversation and situational speaking.

This course is a collaboration with EduCity Academy to conduct Mandarin Classes as internal training for Iskandar Investment Berhad. The aim is to acquire an intermediate level of  Mandarin language skills (equivalent to HSK2) for everyday use and workplace situations. As a result after learning Mandarin with us, the participants can conduct intermediate level of communicative exchanges with their colleagues and mandarin speaking clients. They are able to use Mandarin sufficiently for daily conversation and situational speaking.

Fasih Mandarin has signed a MoU with Hati Murni since 2021, we collaborated with Hati Murni to add Mandarin language as one of the subjects offered to their students.  Fasih Mandarin’s Kids course equips non-native students with Mandarin skills that allow them to sit for International Certification Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) & Youth Chinese Test (YCT). The Mandarin classes for kids were conducted using a fun learning method. The Mandarin Classes for kids were conducted successfully where all the students are able to conduct to communicate in Mandarin in class and in daily life situations with individuals.

A Mandarin Class & Module have been designed specifically for Estee Lauder Malaysia's beauty advisors to acquire beginner Mandarin language skills for everyday use and their day-to-day job in the beauty industry. The fun learning method was used and the Mandarin classes with Estee Lauder were a very successful one. As a result, after completing the customized Mandarin class with Fasih Mandarin, all participants are able to utilize Mandarin skills in their day-to-day work, explaining cosmetic and skincare products to Mandarin-speaking customers effectively.
